WE ARE

We Are is a series of portraits celebrating women whose stories inspire, challenge, and resonate. These are women whose lives reflect courage, resilience, and determination, yet also are fragmented with fragility, vulnerability, and imperfection—qualities that make their experiences profoundly human. They are women I would call sisters, whose presence has illuminated the ongoing struggle for women’s rights and the complex realities of living in a male-dominated world.

We Are is an exploration of what it means to claim space, to assert identity, and to refuse erasure or silencing.This work is a quiet battle cry, an enduring presence that resists victimization, shame, and oppression. It speaks to the courage it takes to live authentically, to confront injustice, and to demand recognition. By honoring these women, I hope to amplify their voices, highlight the persistence of women’s struggles, and celebrate the power of solidarity, resilience, and empathy.

We Are is both personal and universal—a testament to the strength found in connection, the beauty in imperfection, and the unstoppable force of women who refuse to be diminished.
